pass on this and just get the logitech thx set. its well worth it. the speakers are very cheap and the sub does nothing. it just looks nice.
Why do people feel that they can't listen to music unless it disturbs anyone in their vicinity. The makers of these speakers set it up so that you have no choice.
Even with the subwoofer turned off and the bass turned down to the lowest setting, that damn bass still gives off that obnoxious reverberation in the next room where I sleep. My roommate has these speakers and they keep me up constantly at night because of that evil bass vibrating throughout the apartment.
Honestly, who the hell needs to listen to bass this loudly. It's just as bad as when those inbred teenagers driving those rice rockets cruise down your street with their ghetto music echoing into your house.
So if this is how badly it can annoy people at the lowest bass setting, I don't even want to hear what it sounds like with the subwoofer on. I have small home stereo AIWA speakers from 1997 and the bass never vibrates into the next room.
The inventor of these speakers should be sent to a North Korean gulag.
Got this speakers for 7 months and i have to say that are very good , sound is very clear, use them with my 32" sharp aquos and the experience is amazing , only downside i see is with volume maxed out creates distortions.I purchased for only $55 on past black friday :)
Setup was basically plug and play. I've had these for a couple months now and am very satisfied with them. A very powerful bass and great sounding satellites make listening to your music a delight. I set them up in less than 10 minutes. I'm not an audiophile but I find them to sound just great, IT was definitely worth the purchase and I highly recommend getting it if you are looking at them.
Great speakers for music on the PC. Sound is very clear at low levels.
They sound absolutly amazing. Bought these for my son as a Christmas gift.
The remote works well and the master control / aux adapter is simple and convenient. Great detail and matched bass.
The mids are clear. No rattle or distortion until turned up to almost uncomfortable levels.
